MACtown's Opportunities Under The Medicaid Waiver
Work Activity Center (WAC):
WAC is the older of MACtown's ADT programs.This program concentrates on the vocational interests of each participant. It appeals to consumers interested in making money on their own, but without the stress of deadlines and production quotas within the community. Those WAC participants desiring competitive employment outside of the agency are referred to our Supported Employment Program. Time off is planned to celebrate occasions of interest and to participate in various field trips to community events and holiday parties.
