Recreation: MACtown employs a Licensed Personal Trainer, two Recreational Specialists, and a Certified Lifeguard to provide life enrichment activities to all of its residents.

The Recreation Department offers a variety of activities which are aimed at improving socialization skills, physical fitness, and self esteem. The Recreation Department maintains a fitness club complete with a Universal Weight Machine, Treadmills, assorted free weights, and stationary bicycles.
Adjacent to the fitness club is the 20x30 in-ground swimming pool, which is monitored by the lifeguard. The Recreation Department actively involves resident participation in Special Olympics as well as providing opportunities for community integration.
