ICF - Intermediate Care Facility for the Developmentally Disabled
Case Management:
Our Case Management Department acts as the main advocate for all residents in the ICF.Dedicated to the guarantee of each resident's human and civil rights, the Case Management Department provides various forms of counseling to each of the residents in addition to acting as a liaison between outside agencies and families. They host Resident Government Meetings, Coping Skills Classes, Couples Classes, and coordinate home visits. Here, ICF residents can find a confidant, express frustrations, file a grievance, and coordinate to vote.
